Winter Gardening through Citizen Science

Citizen science can increase the quality and number of green spaces within a city. Through citizen science, crop varieties may be examined to help community gardens and other green spaces thrive. In this one hour workshop, learn about the importance of citizen science and how it enhances urban green space development. You will also learn how to best grow specialty winter vegetables, including bok choy, daikon radish, tong hao, and Napa cabbage.
