Register now for the 2019 State Wildlife Habitat Education Program (WHEP) Contest in 4HOnline and receive a copy of the registration packet. The contest will be held at Lake Guntersville State Park June 4-5. Registration closes May 10.

The winning senior (14-18 years of age) WHEP team from each state earns the right to attend the annual National WHEP Contest, typically held the last full week of July. Click here to receive a copy of the WHEP manual and additional program information.

SmartMap logoSmartMap 1.0 introduces audiences to low-cost and easy to use geospatial mapping applications (apps) that can be used on smartphones or ipads. The class introduces audiences to GIS, GPS, and Smartphone GIS applications. It provides hands-on tutorials to give attendees experience using these technologies. This workshop also introduces audiences to UAV technology and its applications for video capture and forest mapping.
