Turkey Patties
Ingredients
| 1-1/4 pound |
|
ground turkey |
| 1 cup |
|
bread crumbs |
| 1 |
|
egg white |
| 1/4 cup |
|
chopped green onion |
| 1 tablespoon |
|
prepared mustard |
| 1/2 cup |
|
chicken broth, low-sodium |
|
|
non-stick cooking spray |
Directions
- Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, onion, and mustard
in a large bowl. Shape into 6 patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Add patties and
cook, turning once to brown on other side. Cook until golden
brown outside and white inside for 10 minutes and remove from
skillet..
- Add chicken broth to skillet and boil over high heat until
slightly thickened for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour souce over patties.
- Serve on buns.
YIELD: 6 servings
