VCLLI Fall ’23: Fall Recovery

Online, AL

Falls Prevention Awareness Week, September 18-22, is a nationwide observance to raise awareness on preventing falls, reducing the risk of falls, and helping older adults live without fear of falling.

Fall Recovery
With a goal to increase your awareness of how to recover following a fall, this workshop aims to explain what to do if you fall, demonstrate how to get up from a fall and explain the importance of creating a Fall Plan.
