Better Process Control School for Acidified Foods

Etowah County Extension office in the Courthouse, 800 Forrest Ave. Ste. 400, Gadsden, AL 35901

Manufacturers of acidified foods like BBQ sauce and pickles are required by the FDA to complete this course. This is a two day certificate course. Students should have a basic understanding of food safety before attending this class. Some food manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
