Better Process Control School for Acidified Foods

This course is for acidified foods manufacturers (ie: jams, jellies, salsas, pickles or BBQ sauce). If you want to sell to stores or restaurants, the FDA and ADPH require you to have completed a BPCS. Please register at least one week before class.
