Produce Safety Cleaning and Sanitizing Workshop – Cleveland 1/22 & 1/23

Blount County Multi-Purpose Center, 6700 County Road 1, Cleveland 35049

Workshop covering best practices of cleaning and sanitizing within the context of the Produce Safety rule, with perspectives from industry, cooperative extension, and regulatory agencies. It will include an overview on the Produce Safety rule and draft guidance to understand the current regulatory framework and requirements associated with cleaning and sanitizing for covered produce on covered farms.
