Job Summary

Serve as a member of the Program Management Team. Provide core leadership to the program planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting processes for urban and new, nontraditional programs. Provide statewide leadership to research and issues-based educational programs to include major input into the Director's Office relating to the overall program development process. Work closely with programmatic specialists and partnering agencies in articulating needs and developing new programs to address the concerns of Extension clientele. Work with Deans, Directors, Department Heads and faculty in all appropriate University Colleges and Schools at Alabama A&M and Auburn Universities in linking university resources through Extension to state and local needs
