The Urban Environmental Science Education
Program (UESEP) was created under the auspices of the Urban Affairs
and New Nontraditional Programs unit of the Alabama Cooperative
Extension System at Alabama A&M University.
MISSION
The mission of UESEP is to enhance environmental
awareness through outreach, education and research. UESEP seeks
to implement its mission using an integrated approach across
multiple disciplines.
GOAL
To deliver research-based environmental
education and outreach programs that stimulate societal change
and lead to more environmentally conscious lives for Alabama
citizens.
