Land Management: How to create a management plan

Mt Carmel Baptist Church, 5860 Truman Aldridge Pkwy, West Blocton, AL 35184

No matter the size, landowners benefit from a written management plan for their property. Management plans are tools that help you map out your goals and objectives for your land. Managing a forest can be a huge undertaking but a good management plan helps the landowner to break the objectives down into manageable tasks. During this class we will discuss the different components of a management plan and help guide you to developing one for your property. In addition we will have representatives from NRCS and the Alabama Forestry Commission there to talk about the services they provide. This class includes a dinner.
