Natural Resources
Natural Resource education for youth in kindergarten through third grades.
A child’s reading ability flourishes between kindergarten and third grade, making it the perfect time to nurture a love for books and the environment. To encourage both literacy and an appreciation for natural resources, Alabama Extension at Alabama A&M University proudly presents Forest Friends: Lend an EAR Storytime. This engaging series blends storytelling with environmental awareness, inspiring young learners to explore the wonders of nature through reading.
