Try our tasty Just Peachy Chicken recipe! Buy canned fruits packed in 100% juice or water to cut down on the added sugar. Serves 4.
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
1 can peach slices in 100% juice, 15 ounces, drained
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Place chicken in baking dish. Pour peaches over chicken.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
