Try our Snap & Go Pasta. For a heart healthy choice, try whole grain pasta. Serves 4.


Spaghetti, 12 ounces

Frozen mixed vegetables, 12 ounces

1 tablespoon oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 can Italian diced tomatoes, 14 ounces, undrained

Tomato juice, 6 ounces

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded


In large saucepan, cook spaghetti according to package. Drain.

In separate saucepan over medium heat, stir together vegetables, oil, and garlic powder.

Add Italian diced tomatoes, tomato juice, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add spaghetti and cheese.

Mix and serve.
