Simply Roasted Carrots

This roasted carrot side dish makes a quick and easy addition to any dinner. If you need to save time — buy pre-sliced carrots. If saving money is important — buy whole carrots and slice them. Pro tip: this recipe can be used for other veggies like zucchini! Serves 4.


4 carrots, washed, peeled, and sliced

2 teaspoons oil



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put sliced carrots into a zipped bag or bowl. Add oil and mix well.

Place carrots on the baking sheet. Do not overlap carrot slices. Season carrots with salt.

Cook for 12 minutes, turning at 6 minutes.

Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
