Ingredients
- 4 carrots, washed, peeled, and sliced
- 2 teaspoons oil
- Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put sliced carrots in zippered bag or bowl. Add oil and mix well.
- Place carrots on baking sheet. Do not overlap carrot slices. Season with salt.
- Cook 12 minutes, turning at 6 minutes. 5. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
