Try our Quick Pita Pizza! Get your kids involved in helping at dinner time. Let them build their own pizza. Serves 4.
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup chicken, cooked and diced
1 cup spinach
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 whole wheat pitas
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place pizza sauce, chicken, spinach, and cheese evenly on pita.
Place each pita on baking sheet.
Bake for 5 to 8 minutes.
