Thoughts from Madison

This summer, I hope to develop a better sense of what I want to do when I graduate. I would like to explore a variety of specialties and form connections with different people in the agricultural industry. I am most excited to shadow different field agents, particularly poultry, animal science, aquatics, and horticulture agents. I want to learn more about how they handle field situations. I hope to develop skills related to agriculture that I can use in the workforce. I graduate in the fall, so the goal is to gain skills so I am able to work in agriculture after graduation. I also want to develop skills on working with growers, farmers, etc.
