Cottage Food Law Course – Online 5/13

This course meets the food safety training requirement of the ADPH for people who want to sell certain non-hazardous foods from their home as a Cottage Food Business. The course includes specifics about the AL Cottage Food Law, what foods can be sold, where foods can be sold, labeling requirements, and food safety recommendations for the cottage food operator. The certification is good for 3 years. You must register before coming to class. The online course is non-refundable and non-transferable. The online class will not accept transfers from in-person registrations. This online course will require a computer or access to a computer. The class will begin at 10:00 am and end at 12:30 pm. This will be the last Cottage Food Law class via zoom before the online course launches.
