Cottage Food – Shelby County

Cottage Food Certification for those wanting to sell non-hazardous items from their homes. Come see the new rulings, learn about preparing the safest product possible and learn some food preservation method for preparing jams and jellies. You will be able to take your certification test at the end of class that will be good for 3 years.
