Course meeting ADPH requirement to operate as a Cottage Food Operation. Includes specifics about the Law, allowed foods to sell, how foods can be sold, labeling requirements, food safety recommendations and basic food processing for allowed products. Fee for online or in-person, non-refundable, non-transferable.
