Basic leadership knowledge and skills are essentials for success in almost any field. Even though the person may not be the president or vice president of a club, skills associated with leadership are helpful if not necessary, when working with a group.

This curriculum has four major leadership lessons:

• What is your leadership style?
• Leading with vision
• There is no I in team
• Take the lead

The activities can be conducted during 4-H school enrichment, 4-H in-school club, or 4-H Clubs.
