Alabama 4-H club members who have rabbits or raise poultry may choose to participate in the 4-H Fur & Feathers Show to demonstrate their knowledge and skill mastery in showmanship. 4-H Rabbit Showmanship and 4-H Poultry Showmanship are open to both Juniors (ages 9–13) and Seniors (ages 14–18) who have been enrolled in 4-H Online for at least 90 days before the day of the contest. 4-H Rabbit Showmanship will follow the rules outlined in the Alabama 4-H Rabbit and Cavy Showmanship Guide (4HYD-2326). 4-H Poultry Showmanship will follow the rules outlined in the National Standard 4-H Poultry Showmanship Manual (https://anrcatalog.ucanr.edu/pdf/2060.pdf).
