Discovery on the Dunes

The Southern Region Finance and Human Resources Officers Conference is headed to Alabama’s Gulf Coast! We are excited to welcome finance and human resources teams from across the region to Alabama for this great opportunity to connect, share ideas, and learn from one another.

The conference is set for October 21–23 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. In addition to growing as professionals, we hope that you will get to enjoy a bit of Alabama and soak in the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast—known for its white-sand beaches, fresh seafood, and Southern charm.

Registration

Early bird registration is available through July 31 for $275. Starting August 1, the registration cost increases to $300. Click the button below to register.

Hotel

The conference will be hosted a step away from Alabama’s natural beauty at The Lodge at Gulf State Park, 21196 East Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, AL 36542. The hotel has two on-site parking options: self parking at $15 per day and valet parking at $22 per day.

Airport Options

The Gulf Shores International Airport (GUF) is located approximately 15 minutes from The Lodge. However, nonstop flight routes are limited. If that airport is not an option, there are a few other airports in the surrounding area.

  • Pensacola International Airport (PNS)—Approximately 1-hour drive
  • Mobile Regional Airport (MOB)—Approximately 1.5-hour drive
  • Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS)—Approximately 1.5-hour drive
