AL Cottage Food Law Training – Wetumpka

Course meeting ADPH requirement to operate as a Cottage Food Operation. Includes specifics about the Law, allowed foods to sell, how foods can be sold, labeling requirements, food safety recommendations and basic food processing for allowed products.
