Weather Ready Alabama

The Fayette County Extension Office and Fayette County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) will host a Weather Ready Alabama Severe Weather Preparedness Event on Tuesday, August 27, beginning at 5:30 PM at the Fayette Civic Center. Participants will learn about local warning systems and severe weather hazards, and receive a free NOAA Weather Radio (while supplies last). Limit one weather radio per household. You must be present to receive a weather radio. Please contact the Fayette County Extension Office at 205-932-8942 if you have questions. Registration is not required.
