Food Protection Manager Certification Course meeting Alabama Department of Public Health requirement for Retail Food Permit Holders. This is a two-day class. Pre-registration required. Book, included with $140 fee, will be given out first day of class. Class starts at 9 am EST (8 am CST) both days.
