ServSafe Training/ Covington County

ServSafe training is a food safety training for food permit holders. It is required that one person must be on the premises at all times during food operating hours who is ServSafe certified. Once training is complete, participants will take an exam. To pass the exam and receive certification, participant must score 70% or better. The certification is good for 5 years.
