Randolph County Heirs’ Property Landowner Local Watch Party: Working with an Attorney

Randolph Roanoke Career Technology Center, 960 Main Street S, Wedowee, AL 36278

Are you a proud owner of landowner seeking valuable insights and connections to clear or clarify your property’s title? Look no further! We’re thrilled to invite you to our exciting 6-part series, happening every other month from March to November 2024.

Heirs’ property is an important topic for many families, especially families with ancestral lands. Heirs’ property refers to land jointly owned by family members of a deceased individual, where there was not a will, a will not properly prepared, or probated.

🎉 Local County Watch Parties: 12 county extension offices across Alabama will host in-person watch parties during the virtual event. Join a local watch party for engaging discussions, community-building activities, and networking with local landowners in your area!
