Private Pesticide Applicator Training & Testing
Cullman County Extension Office, 402 Arnold Street NE, Cullman, AL 35055
Obtain or renew your private pesticide applicator license. Register online or call the county office and pay the day of by check ($20). Cash NOT accepted. After exam, send permit form and fee ($25) to ADAI to receive license.
