Making Kombucha at Home

Online, AL

KOMBUCHA What is all the hype about this probiotic drink? What is a SCOBY and how do you find one and then take care of it? Kombucha with a SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast) is proving, through research, to be a good way to help balance out our gut and help with our immune system. Many of the store purchased Kombuchas can contain a lot of sugar and be very expensive. Join us for a webinar on how to make your own Kombucha at home, how to handle the SCOBY, fermenting vessels, the types of sugar and tea to use.
