Learn to Market your Market – Athens 4/8

Limestone County Extension Office, 1109 W Market St, Ste. A, Athens, AL 35611

Free event open to all NW AL farmers market sellers
Meal will be provided. RSVP via online registration or call: (256) 232-5510

We will start with a general presentation of farmers market tips to help you get started for the upcoming market season.

The second part of this event will be discussing why you should join the Farmers Market Research Program.

This program is designed to enhance sales skills of farmers market vendors.
This initiative, successfully trialed in Pennsylvania and New York through Cornell Cooperative Extension, is now available throughout Northwest Alabama.

The main requirement to participate is to download the Square app to track point-of-sale transactions. I would like to provide potential participants an overview of best-selling practices tailored for farmers market vendors. At this same meeting, I can also start registering participants who would like to start with our program.
For information, feel free to check out the program’s website to learn more.
