Kayak Cullman – Basic Kayaking for Adults

Ever wanted to kayak but not sure how or where to start? Come learn kayaking basics in this 3-session series! Sessions will include indoor and outdoor activities – see details below.

September 11 – Kayaking 101
Basics and safety of kayaking
Indoor session at Extension office from 5-7 PM
*Session is required to attend following paddle events

September 18 – Flatwater Paddle
Outdoor session at Lake George from 5-7 PM

September 25 – Flowing Water Paddle
Outdoor session with location and time TBD
Rain date set for September 28

– $15 for all 3 sessions
– All equipment provided and life jackets required during paddles
– Adults only (19+)
– Space is limited

Deadline to register is Wednesday, September 6 by 4:30 PM.
