Introductory HACCP Workshop

Cullman County Extension Office, 402 Arnold St. NE, Suite G-1, Cullman, AL 35055

The primary audience for the two-day workshop will be members of the meat and poultry industry. Participants will receive HACCP certification with the International HACCP Alliance seal which satisfies the USDA requirement under 9 CFR 417.7. Course books and handouts are included in the registration fee. Lunch and breaks with refreshments will be provided.
