High Tunnel Production Workshop

High Tunnels are basically unheated greenhouses used to provide a shelter for fruit or vegetable production. It is mainly used for commercial production. Extension Vegetable Specialist Dr. Ayanava Majumdar and Dr. Andre da Silva will be presenting the information. TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED INCLUDE : CONSTRUCTION IDEAS, HIGH TUNNEL MANAGEMENT, PLANT SELECTION, INSECT MANAGEMENT, FERTILITY, IRRIGATION, ETC.
