Cranberry Jam Session with Janet
Pike Road Agriculture, Recreation & Performing Arts Center, 6281 Trotman Road, Montgomery, AL 36116
In this workshop participants will learn:
• Proper procedures to make and preserve your own jams and jellies at home with hands on water bath canning.
• Learn about the difference between sugar concentrates such as jams, jellies, preservers, conserves, marmalades, etc.
• Have any questions concerning home food preservation answered.
• Receive the AL Extension Home Preservation Book
• And will take home product to share with family or give as a gift.
