Be Ready Lowndes County

Be Ready Lowndes County is a free program aimed at teaching residents about ways to prepare for severe weather and how to program weather radios. Participants receive free supplies from workshop presenters (while supplies last). Registration is required for lunch. Presenters include Alabama Cooperative Extension, American Red Cross, Alabama Emergency Management Agency, and the South Central Alabama Development Commission.
