Basics of Landscape Design Class

St. James Episcopal Church, 347 S Central Ave, Alexander City, AL 36853

Shane Harrris, County Extension Coordinator and horticulturist with Tallapoosa County Extension, will be teaching a “Basics of Landscape Design” class. Homeowners and gardeners will learn the process of analyzing a potential project site, evaluating the needs and wishes around a residence, and selecting plants that perform well in that environment. Particpants will practic sketching out ideas on paper to meet those needs and desires for an existing property. Attendees may choose either a Friday morning or Saturday morning class.
