This is a two-hour course with exam. If you wish to learn about Alabama Cottage Food without taking an exam, then you will not need to pay. If you can’t get registered here without paying, YOU ARE STILL WELCOME – just call/text Christy 205-217-6495 so we save you a seat.This course meets the food safety training requirement of the ADPH for those selling non-hazardous foods as a Cottage Food Business. You must register before class.
