How to Store
- To reduce excess moisture, do not wash the berries before storing them, but do wash them when ready to eat.
- Refrigerate in a closed container with holes for ventilation for up to 10 to 14 days.
- May be stored in the freezer for 10 months.

- Wash and dry.

- Eat as a fresh snack.
- Use as topping for yogurt or hot and cold cereals.

Berry Blast Off
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup reduced-fat granola
- 1 cup reduced-fat yogurt
Directions
- Equally divide and layer strawberries, granola, and blueberries into four small, glass containers.
- Spoon the yogurt on the top of the blueberries and serve immediately.
Homemade Popcorn Trail Mix
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 ounce walnut halves (or nut of choice)
- 1 cup popped popcorn, unsalted
- 1 tablespoon pumpkins seeds, shelled (also called pepitas)
- Unsalted pretzels or raisins as desired (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and gently stir to combine.
Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries, 12 ounces
- Nonfat blueberry Greek yogurt, 12 ounces (optional flavors: vanilla, honey, or strawberry)
Directions
- Wash and dry blueberries.
- Place wax paper on a baking sheet.
- Using a toothpick, dip each blueberry into the yogurt until completely coated. Place on baking sheet.
- Repeat until all blueberries are coated.
- Place baking sheet in freezer.
- When frozen, serve or store in bags for later.
