Practicing yoga can help improve flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve balance as well as help youth develop life-long healthy habits that we hope will be sustained long-term. Yoga is noncompetitive and individually focused with no perfect pose. Studies suggest that yoga can improve children’s attention, relationships, self-esteem, and listening skills.
