Did you know that Alabama Cooperative Extension System is right on the campus of Auburn University? This is Alabama Extension Week, and we are bringing a full Extension experience to you with Extension on the Green—a laid-back, come-and-go event designed for busy college life.

When: Wednesday, April 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Where: Campus Green outside the Harold D. Melton Student Center (by Jordan-Hare Stadium)

Who: All Auburn University students and employees are welcome to attend!

Between classes, come out to the Campus Green and see how Alabama Extension connects people, ideas, and innovation across the state every single day. From cutting-edge agricultural drones to the real stories behind the food you eat, you will get a hands-on look at how Extension impacts everything from farms to families to future careers.

Don’t have lunch plans? Grab a few friends friends and swing by for free pizza and other snacks while you explore the different booths, games, trivia, and demonstrations.

Need to add to your wardrobe? Stop by the promotions tent for an Extension T-shirt and other merch. Show off your new swag by posing with Aubie the Tiger in our 360 photo booth.

Looking for a job after college? We’ve got you, fam. Stop by the promotions tent for career cards on Alabama Extension’s eleven different educational areas.

Visit as many demonstration tables as you can and have your passport stamped along the way. Return your passport card to the door prize/information table to be entered to win. You do not have to be present to win. Winners will be contacted after the event to redeem their prize.
