Winston County Extension Director Zachery Brannon was selected for Class VIII of the Alabama Leadership Institute. He is one of the 54 members of the class.
“I am incredibly honored and deeply grateful to be awarded this opportunity,” Brannon said. “I hope to grow as a leader by learning from diverse perspectives, building meaningful connections and gaining the tools to make a lasting impact in my community and Alabama.”
Brannon joined Alabama Extension in his current role in 2019. He received his bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Auburn University in 2013.
The Alabama Leadership Institute is a program of Leadership Alabama. Over six months, Class VIII will participate in three two-day workshops hosted in Montgomery, Huntsville/Decatur and Gulf Shores.
