Snakes, gators, and turtles, oh my! The Alabama 4-H Science School’s Herp Journey program allows children and adults to experience and learn about a collection of Alabama’s native reptiles and amphibians. This conversation-driven program allows groups to get up close to some of the species that inhabit Alabama and other parts of the world.

This hands-on reptile and amphibian experience is an adventure for children of all ages. These scaly educators can visit your school, library, weekend festival, and more. Future herpetologists will have the chance to meet a turtle, tortoise, lizard, snake, or even an American alligator.
