Cottage Food Law Course – Opelika 6/9

Course meeting ADPH requirement to operate as a Cottage Food Operation. Course includes specifics about the AL Cottage Food Law, identify foods that can be sold, where foods can be sold, labeling requirements, food safety recommendations and basic food processing for allowed products.
