Who should attend?

This one day introductory workshop is designed for developers, realtors, tax attorneys, appraisers, landowners, and others interested in learning more about working with our landscapes to improve revenue and quality of life.

About the Program

Landscapes in our rural and urban areas are rapidly changing to meet the needs of a growing population. There are opportunities to increase revenue on land purchases, development, and granting of easements.

Learn more about making money through innovative conservation designs and easements from recognized leaders in the fields of realty, tax law, development, watershed management, and conservation easement law.

Instructors will focus on case studies useful to realtors, developers, and landowners specific to the southeastern U.S. Workshop instructors have experience with current projects and will share lessons learned in their case studies.

The Workshop Agenda will include:

  • Case studies from the southeast on conservation design projects
