Most Extension events will be offered exclusively online through October 10 due to coronavirus concerns. In limited cases, certain events may be offered in-person following health and safety recommendations from the University and public health officials, including the Centers for Disease Control and the Alabama Department of Public Health.

Virtual Segment 2 Seafood HACCP Course
Virtual Segment 2 Seafood HACCP training to be offered to individuals who have successfully completed the online Segment 1 training through Cornell. The Segment 2 training requires individual access to a computer with audio and video presence for the duration of training. The FDA Hazards and Controls Guide with 2019 updates will be required for active participation in the Zoom work sessions.
