Virtual Segment 2 Seafood HACCP training to be offered to individuals who have successfully completed the online Segment 1 training through Cornell. The Segment 2 training requires individual access to a computer with audio and video presence for the duration of training. The FDA Hazards and Controls Guide with 2020 updates will be required for active participation in the Zoom work sessions.
