Private Pesticide Applicator Training & Testing

Madison Extension Office, 819 Cook Ave NW, Huntsville, AL 35801

All courses will be offered 9 AM – 1 PM and cost $20. A check made payable to ACES is due at the event, cash WILL NOT be accepted. With a passing test score of at least 70%, the provided license application and a $25 check must be sent to ADAI, and a permit card will be mailed after processing. Preregistration is required by calling the Madison County Extension Office at 256-532-1578.
