Principles of Butchering Goat and Sheep Workshop – Livingston 4/23

Join us to gain skills in the principles of butchering goats and sheep on the farm or homestead. Producers will leave with enhanced food safety knowledge, exposure to hands-on experience with carcass handling and butchering techniques, and greater confidence in getting meat from farm to table.
