Pond Management Workshop – Lamar

Celebration Worship Center, 15330 AL-18, Vernon, AL 35592

Join us for a pond management class to learn about the basics that will help you achieve your goals for your recreational fish pond. Topics covered include managing ponds for good fishing, controlling aquatic plants, common pond problems and how to solve them, and a demonstration of electrofishing with an explanation of results. Part of the workshop will be held outside.

Lunch will be provided. Register by August 9th to secure your spot and a lunch. If you have food allergies, please let us know by August 9th so we can accommodate.

Registration can also be paid by check or money order to the Lamar County Extension Office.
