Longleaf by the Lake

Wind Creek State Park boasts impressive stands of the longleaf, nestled atop gently rolling hills near the banks of Lake Martin. Join Regional Extension Agent Drew Metzler with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System to learn about the longleaf pine’s unique life history, ecosystem, and management practices during this fun and interactive program. Meeting location will be at the park clubhouse.
